BILL COSGROVE

For more than 26 years, Bill has been instrumental in building UHM into the premier mortgage banking company it is today. In addition to his distinguished leadership here, Bill also served as President of the Ohio Mortgage Bankers Association (OMBA) in 2006. Nationally, he’s been a regular member of MBA’s Board of Governors and Board of Directors. He also served as Chairman of MBA’s National Political Action Committee (MORPAC) and was Chairman of the MBA from 2015-2016. Even today, Bill’s influence is felt throughout the company’s daily operations. And, with the help of his executive team, Bill’s ongoing commitment to quality, integrity, and customer service touches every broker, bank and credit union we work with—and the customers, members, and clients they serve.

With UHM since 2013, Al has an extensive background in capital markets, growth, development, and operational fulfillment.

Al has enjoyed a career in the financial sector in various executive roles since 1984 developing his experiences in both the financial and non-financial environments.

MATT LANGLEY

Vice President of Third Party Originations

Matt Langley brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his new role as Vice President of Third Party Originations. Matt started in the mortgage profession as a retail Loan Officer back in 1992 but has spent most of his mortgage career in sales management in TPO.  Matt has managed in wholesale for both banks and independent mortgage bankers and is thrilled to oversee TPO for a high-growth IMB like Union Home Mortgage.

As VP of TPO, Matt is responsible for the growth and development of Union Home Mortgage's wholesale channel.  Matt says, “By combining Union Home Mortgage’s family culture with a responsive B2B model focused on excellence and accountability, UHM can make lasting partnerships with our brokers and emerging bankers.  This rare combination leads to tremendous growth opportunities.
